01. Sunizona Family Farms

-If you’re ever unsatisfied with anything about your FarmBox, we will credit you. Just contact us..
-Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. It is our commitment to grow and provide nutritious quality food for you.
-We’ll try to provide a variety of produce in each Standard box – but if you want lots of variety, then switch to a Custom box.
-We will charge your credit/debit card on the night of your delivery day. You will not be charged if you did not receive a FarmBox.
-We will not give your personal information away to anyone. Period.
-We will try to keep our emails short and simple.

o2. FarmBox Member

This is a subscription service, so if you don’t want a box on a given week put your account on hold.

-Members are responsible for the information and changes to their orders and account.
-Changes to your account must be made by midnight 2 days before pick-up.
-Your credit card will be charged the night of your delivery day.

Custom FarmBox members: If you don’t make a new order this week, we’ll send you what you ordered on your previous order.
-If you are ordering Custom Boxes, please check the web store frequently for product availability.
-The customer is responsible for paying their bill. -The customer is responsible for overdraft fees, etc.
-Temporary holds can be made to you account online as often as you want. Be sure to do it by midnight 2 days before pick-up.

-You can cancel at anytime, no strings attached.
Pick up your box on the day of delivery during the hours specified. If you don’t pick up your box during those hours, it will be donated to charity.
Most produce won’t store well outside of your fridge.
-We do our best to clean the produce but Don’t be surprised by the odd bug or smudge of dirt.
-Read the emails we send you.
